Paris Brest
| Although I made these for three different dinners, I never managed to keep them from falling the moment I took them out of the oven. It didn't matter; I froze each one after slicing through the center. A couple hours before serving, I filled them with all the fresh berries I could find plus whipped heavy cream bought at a dairy behind which I could see the cows. |
