Night 1. we had pitas made with several flours, 3 patés - chick pea, avocado, mushroom. Mussels marinara, salad, buttermilk vanilla ice cream
Night 2. pizza with remaining mussels and patés + heirloom tomatoes, artichoke, salad, 3 goat cheeses, and creamy chocolate ice cream.
T'giving. Asian pears, chickpeas, zucchini soup, pumpkin stuffed with beans and root veggies, cranberries and pomegranate, dome
broccoli with brussel sprouts and mushrooms and an orange peel + cheese sprinkle, salad, cheeses, and berry tart.
Wines were local.
